Now that I've figured out how to make my own pizza dough, I've been making pizzas like crazy. Usually I make healthier pizzas with lots of veggies and very little cheese. I swear! This one, however, can not be accused of being the slightest bit healthy. But man, is it tasty.

The base is ketchup and French's mustard, topped with ground beef, onions, bacon and cheddar. I like mine with pickles on the side.

A few months back I found a website for a shop located in Finland that sells a very small selection of American goodies online. So exciting! I was fresh out of Jif and needed some mini marshmallows for hot chocolate and sweet potato casserole so that's what I ordered. So 30 € later this is what arrived. Those tiny peanut butter jars look huge next to the mini marshmallows. :rotfl:

Tonight we had MénagèreModerne's Tapas Pasta for dinner. It was delicious! I do believe I will have to try making my own Tapas Pizza at some point in the very near future.

Halloween also happens to be a friend of mine's birthday. So I made her a special no-bake Spiderweb Cheesecake that PartySugar recently posted on Yum.

I made chicken pot pie for the first time ever tonight. The recipe I used was Rachel Ray's. It was pretty good but I think I'll leave out the shrooms and parsnips (blech) next time.

YumSugar posted this recipe the other day for bean and bacon soup. It is so good and so easy that I will definitely be adding it to my rotation.

I saw this recipe a few years ago on BBC FOOD and have been meaning to try it ever since. The key ingredient is one of my all time favorites: Lemon Curd.

Lemon Curd, I think I love you more than I love Nutella.
So, even though I followed Tamasin Day-Lewis' recipe to the letter, it didn't turn out as pretty as hers.

Wah wah wah wahhhhhhhh.
If fact, it looked pretty sad in comparison. But oh my gawd, was it delicious! I will most definitely give it another go. Maybe next time I'll go crazy and use lime curd.
